Blogs have increased popularity over these past years, more and more people started to create their personal blogs to express their thoughts and feelings. Companies, on the other hand, also started their business blogs to inform consumers on their latest service, product news and reviews.
From the marketing point of view, blogs have been increasingly using as an Internet marketing media to help people and companies market products or services.
If you noticed, back to years ago, internet marketing is done by placing banners and links on the popular websites (like news and information sites) and in the newsletters and marketing letters that sent to the members of their mailing lists.
Since technology has changed people life, many of them start to spend more time on the Internet, surfing the news and reading blogs. People read their friend's blogs, their favorite author's blogs, blogs on topics that they are interested in, and blogs on product reviews. With the increasing popularity of blogging, lots of people are actually relying on it to get the latest news and trend.
